Code of conduct
vLLM Bangkok Day is a technical event for everyone working on inference, whatever their background or experience level. We want it to be somewhere people feel able to ask a basic question in front of the people who wrote the code.
What we expect
- Be respectful and considerate. Assume good faith.
- No harassment, discrimination or personal attacks — in talks, in questions, in hallways, or online around the event.
- Respect that attendees come with very different levels of experience. "Obviously you just…" is rarely obvious.
- Ask before photographing or recording someone.
- Respect the venue, the staff and the other guests at JAS Green Village.
Not acceptable
- Harassment of any kind, including unwelcome attention or comments about personal characteristics.
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or disruption of talks and sessions.
- Recruiting or sales pitches directed at people who have not invited them.
- Sharing others’ private information without permission.
Reporting
If something happens, tell an organiser at the venue or email us. Reports are handled confidentially. Organisers may ask anyone breaching this code to leave without a refund of any costs incurred.
