Become a member

Choose a membership and enter your email, then pay on Stripe’s secure page. Your membership starts once the first payment goes through.

Card only: PromptPay can’t renew automatically, so memberships are paid by card.

Your receipts, the member portal’s sign-in link and the member emails (blog posts and new events) all go to this address.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

There’s no account to create on this site. Open Stripe’s member portal and type the email you joined with; Stripe emails you a sign-in link. There you can cancel, change your card or download your receipts.

Questions

Can I pay with PromptPay?

Not for a membership. PromptPay can’t charge you again automatically each month, so memberships are paid by card only.

When am I charged?

When you join, then automatically every month until you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Open the member portal and type the email you joined with. Stripe emails you a sign-in link, and you cancel there. You don’t need an account with us.

Do I get money back if I cancel?

Months already paid are not refunded. Cancelling stops the charges after that.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. Stripe emails you a receipt every month, and you can download them in the member portal.

What are the “special perks in the future”?

When they are ready, we will announce them to members by email. There is nothing more to share yet.

Before you join, here is what happens to the details you give us. It takes a minute to read.

    Who looks after it

    AGICAFET runs vLLM Bangkok and is responsible for your data (the data controller). Address: 4 Soi Suksawat 25/1 Yaek 9, Bangpakok, Rathburana, Bangkok 10140. Contact: natdhanai.pra@agicafet.com.

    What we collect

    Your email, the membership you choose and the language you use on the site, plus what Stripe tells us about your membership: whether it is active, and when it was paid or cancelled. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.

    Why

    To run your membership: take the monthly payment, send receipts, let you cancel, and send members blog posts and news of new events by email, which is part of the membership. Nothing else.

    Payment

    Stripe processes the payments; we never see your card number. Stripe may process data outside Thailand, under its own privacy policy.

    Who sees it

    Only the organising team. The site runs on Cloudflare, which may store data outside Thailand. We never sell your data or share it with sponsors.

    How long we keep it

    For as long as you are a member. Your email is deleted or anonymised within 90 days after the membership ends, or within 45 days if you start a checkout and do not finish it. The payment records (membership, amount, dates) are kept for 5 years for accounting.

    Your rights

    You can ask to see or get a copy of your data, receive it in a common electronic format or have it sent to another organisation, correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, including the member emails (we then stop sending them): just email us. You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Every field on the form is needed to set up your membership; without them we cannot sign you up.

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), our legal bases are the contract with you for your membership (including the member emails), our legal duty to keep accounting records, and legitimate interest for stopping abuse of the form.
