Your data, in plain words

Before you register, here is what happens to the details you give us. It takes a minute to read.

  1. 1

    Who looks after it

AGICAFET runs vLLM Bangkok and is responsible for your data. Address: 4 Soi Suksawat 25/1 Yaek 9, Bangpakok, Rathburana, Bangkok 10140. Contact: natdhanai.pra@agicafet.com.

  2. 2

    What we collect, and why

Your name, email, phone, organisation, job title, ticket type, level of study (student tickets) and T-shirt size: to issue your ticket, check you in, prepare your shirt and contact you about this event. The optional questions only help us plan better events. While your seat is held we also keep a scrambled code of your IP address, to stop one person holding many seats; it is deleted when the hold ends.

  3. 3

    Payment

Stripe handles the payment; we never see your card number. Stripe may process data outside Thailand, under its own privacy policy.

  4. 4

    Who sees it

Only the organising team. The site runs on Cloudflare, and the team keeps the attendee list in Google Sheets; both may store data outside Thailand. We never sell your data or give it to sponsors.

  5. 5

    Photos

We take photos and video at the event and may post them. If you’d rather not appear, tell the team at the registration desk or email us, and we’ll leave you out (see the code of conduct).

  6. 6

    How long we keep it

Your personal details are deleted or anonymised within 90 days after the event. The payment record (ticket, amount, date) is kept for 5 years for accounting. If you ticked the newsletter box, we keep your email for the newsletter until you unsubscribe.

  7. 7

    Your rights

You can ask to see or get a copy of your data, receive it in a common electronic format or have it sent to another organisation, correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw your newsletter consent at any time: just email us. You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

The fields marked required are needed to issue your ticket; without them we cannot register you. Everything else is up to you.

Students: we look at your student ID at the desk; we don’t copy or keep it.

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), our legal bases are the contract with you for your ticket, legitimate interest for event photos, planning and stopping abuse, and your consent for the newsletter.
